SHANGHAI, July 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Arctech Solar, a leading solar tracking and racking system provider, announced that it has sold over 1GW of fixed structures and solar trackers to 12 utility-scale power plants in Vietnam in the past year, and all of these PV plants were connected to the grid before 30^th June 2019 in accordance with Vietnam's solar Feed-in-Tariff program. This milestone illustrates Arctech Solar's success in this region is largely attributed to its innovative technology, reliable performance, and an exceptional level of on-time delivery and relationship-building with local partners.

Customized Solution for Vietnam's First Wind and Solar Integration Project

Vietnam's first wind and solar integration project with an annual electricity output of nearly 1 GWH, this Trungnam Group 258 MW solar plant, located in Ninh Thuan province, was successfully commissioned and grid connected in June 2019. Considering the project was set up in irregular terrain and near a wind farm, innovative product combination was the ideal solution to be adopted in this project, including Arctech's fixed structures and 60MW Skyline tracking systems. With its advantages of 20% N-S slope, special designed torque tube and one button commissioning function, Skyline tracking systems were deployed on this project offering higher energy output, better land adaptability, more cost-effective and quicker to install. It is also the first solar tracker project in Vietnam.

This achievement also comes as a result of the company's vertical integration manufacturing and supply chain management. Signing a total of 800MW agreements with DAU TIENG, Long Thanh DakLak, DAU TIENG and other partners in Vietnam, Arctech Solar has successfully managed to deliver these solar products in only 90 days.
