Porsche Korea (Holger Gerrmann, CEO of Porsche Korea Ltd.) announced the opening of a new Porsche showroom and Porsche approved centre in Deutsch Auto World, located in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon. The operation of the facilities will be carried out by Deutsch Auto Co Ltd. (Jaeheung Han, CEO) of the Deutsch Motors, an authorized dealer partner of Porsche Korea.

Suwon, with a population of 1.3 million, is an area where demand for premium brands has been soaring continuously in recent times, and is a very important hub for Porsche Korea's strategy of strengthening its nationwide services. In particular, 'Suwon Deutsch Auto World Porsche Show-room' and 'Porsche Approved Centre Suwon' are both located in the southern part of the Gyeonggi Province and in Deutsch Auto World, which is adjacent to major highways in the Seoul metropolitan area, further enhancing customer accessibility.

Holger Gerrmann, CEO of Porsche Korea explained that, “The newly opened 992m2 (300-pyeong) Porsche showroom and Porsche approved centre will provide customers with more diverse product choices, as it displays both the new and pre-owned Porsche cars in one space.”

It reflects the new Porsche corporate architecture and the latest CI (Corporate Identity) design of the dealer network, is capable of displaying up to 14 vehicles and has the Highlight zone featuring the latest major models. In particular, it will prepare for the era of electromobility by forming the E-performance zone ahead of the launch of the first pure electric sports car, Taycan.

In addition, the Porsche Driver’s Selection (PDS) section, which reflects lifestyle of Porsche cus-tomers, will be set up separately, and the premium customer consulting service will be provided through the customer lounge and the fitting lounge that embody digitalization.

‘Porsche Approved Centre Suwon,’ is the third Porsche approved centre, following centres in Bundang and Yangjae, and is the first Porsche approved pre-owned centre in Suwon. It will dis-play and sell approved pre-owned vehicles based on reliability, professionalism and guarantees best quality. Professional technicians and consultants manage all the process with Porsche’s own global standard; thoroughly inspects 111 items including interior/exterior status, mileage and vehicle repair/accident history to manage the process from the purchase, recommerce of the car, which increases its quality and value, to appropriate purchase pricing.

The CEO of Deutsch Motors, Oh-Soo Kwon stated, “Deutsch Auto is strengthening dealer net-works to meet the high demand for premium sports cars and to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. The new showroom and approved pre-owned car centre located in Deutsch Auto World are expected to take a very significant position as another important network.” He added, “We will do our best to help customers intimately enjoy and experience Porsche, the epitome of sports car, at Deutsch Auto World, the world's largest automobile premium shopping mall."

'Suwon Deutsch Auto World Porsche Showroom' and ‘Porsche Approved Centre Suwon’ are open year-round from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, Porsche Korea currently operates a total of 12 Porsche centres, 12 service centres, 3 Porsche approved centres, 1 Porsche Showroom and a new retail format with the ‘Porsche Studio.’
