ALC recognized for setting trends and redefining the employee experience

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Lending Center (ALC), a leading non-bank lending institution, was named by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. The award recognizes ALC’s outstanding successes benefitting the L.A. county’s economy, workforce and businesses.

In the 14th iteration of the Best Places to Work program, the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) asked eligible companies to enter a two-part survey process, which consisted of first evaluating the nominee’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. LABJ turned to the employees themselves, having them complete a survey that measured their experience at the company.

The LA area is home to more than 250,000 businesses. ALC was ranked 29th by LABJ in its small business category.
