Living Room, Park Hyatt Busan’s Italian restaurant, is launching two new lunch menus. These traditional and authentic recipes were prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Signore Angelo Rottoli, who calls Italy his home.
“Onda”, a brand new two-course lunch available Mondays to Fridays, offering one choice of appetizer and one option from the pasta & risotto menu. The combinations are up to you and will differ on each of your return. Simple, authentic Italian favorites - perfect for a casual lunch with a view.
“Antipasti Buffet”, a lunch option available on Saturdays and Sundays. It includes, traditional fresh salads, various Italian appetizers, all featuring seasonal ingredients selected by Signore Angelo Rottoli. In addition, you have a choice from the pasta & risotto menu or alternatively a selection from the pizza list. The Antipasti Buffet and it’s top up options are the best place to enjoy authentic Italian specialties atop Park Hyatt Busan’s 31st floor.
Living Room remain Busan’s first address with dining and drinking experiences featuring unobstructed views over Busan and the ocean paired with unparalleled personal service. Opening times are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on weekend for lunch. The “Onda” course is priced at KRW 38,000, while the “Antipasti Buffet” starts at KRW 60,000 (including tax).
