Porsche Korea (Holger Gerrmann, CEO of Porsche Korea Ltd.) announced that it opened the re-newed 'Porsche Centre Daechi' located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The ‘Porsche Centre Daechi’ will be operated by Stuttgart Sports Cars Ltd (SSCL, CEO Jong Han Yoo), an authorized Porsche Korea dealer partner.

'Porsche Centre Daechi' is the first 'Destination Porsche Centre' in Korea, applying the new corporate architecture featuring a welcoming and eye-catching design of the Entrance Façade that comes to light in the evenings.

The ‘Porsche Centre Daechi’ is an important landmark for Porsche being the first official Porsche showroom in Korea which opened in 2005. In the now newly created environment Porsche offers a broader brand experience including Porsche’s heritage and lifestyle.

With a total floor area of 1,464.22㎡ (approx. 443 pyeong), 'Porsche Centre Daechi' is 4 floors high and provides customers with various amenities and differentiated services. In the show-room a total of 8 Porsche models can be displayed and given the successful launch of the Taycan, E-Performance Zones for the brand's electrified models are prepared on two floors.

Besides the Porsche Sportscar displays, visitors can browse Porsche lifestyle products and relax in a special designed lounge where a variety of drinks are being offered. In addition, the ‘Porsche Centre Daechi’ has a total of eight consultation rooms, and eco-friendly wood tone interiors are applied to each floor to provide a warm and friendly environment for the comfort of the customer.

Holger Gerrmann, CEO of Porsche Korea stated, “Being the first Porsche showroom in the country, ‘Porsche Centre Daechi’ is a symbolic place that shares the history of the brand in Korea,” adding that, “We hope that customers will be able to experience Porsche products as well as the brand’s charm and joy created by this space and our new retail concept.”

'Porsche Centre Daechi' is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. on weekends and public holidays (closed on Lunar New Year Day and Chuseok).

Porsche Korea is currently running 13 Porsche Showrooms, 13 Porsche Service Centres, 3 Porsche Approved Centres, and 3 Porsche Studios in Korea.
