Walter Dias, regional director of Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia Sales, said, “The newly-expanded Incheon-San Francisco service offers easy and smooth connections to about 70 destinations in the mainland U.S., Canada and Latin America including popular cities such as Cancun, Chicago, Mexico City, New York, and Washington D.C. via our hub in San Francisco.” He added, “As a part of United Next, we took a unique strategy during the pandemic and decided to retain all widebody fleet and keep pilots in place to make sure we can quickly bounce back when the pandemic ends. As a result, United has already exceeded pre-pandemic flight operations in the Korea market.”
