The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA, Chairman：Haruhiro Tsujimoto) is pleased to announce that CEDEC 2023 (Computer Entertainment Developers Conference 2023) has been held from Wednesday, August 23 to Friday, August 25 at Yokohama.
Focusing on technologies that have made outstanding achievements in the advancement of computer entertainment development, we have selected the top awards in each category of the "CEDEC AWARDS 2023", which honors the achievements of developers from a technical perspective.
"CEDEC AWARDS" is a related event of CEDEC 2023 where the CEDEC Steering Committee will decide the grand prize after the CEDEC 2023 participants and speakers vote from among the excellence awards in each category announced earlier. In addition, as previously announced, the "Special Award," which recognizes those who have contributed to the overall development of computer entertainment, was given to the "The Legend of Zelda" development team and producer Eiji Aonuma (Nintendo Corporation).
