SINGAPORE, March 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Jalaluddin Travel and Services Pte Ltd, the award-winning Muslim travel agency, announced today that it would continue serving the Muslim community in Singapore through the provision of Haj tour packages for the year 2019. This is in addition to its current lineup of Umrah tour packages. Together, they form the core of the agency's travel services.

The Haj itself is the fifth pillar of Islam, comprising a pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. However, this makes up less than 1% of the Muslim population in Singapore, and first-time applicants may have to wait up to 14 -- 20 years to be allocated a place.
