Porsche Korea (CEO Mathias Busse) successfully hosted the ‘2025 1H Porsche Dealer Management Conference (PDMC)’ from February 24 to 28, reinforcing its collaboration with official dealerships and discussing strategic growth plans for the brand.

The event served as a platform to discuss Porsche’s long-term vision and key strategies while solidifying partnerships. Particularly, while emphasizing the importance of collaboration and innovation for Porsche's sustainable growth, in-depth training and test drive programs were organized, allowing participants to directly understand and experience Porsche E-Performance.

First, the Porsche Dealer Management Conference (PDMC), held over two days from February 24 to 25, gathered approximately 80 attendees, including executives from Porsche AG and Porsche Korea, official dealership representatives, and investors. Participants reflected on key achievements from 2024 and shared strategic directions for 2025, exploring collaborative measures to ensure the brand’s continued success.

To strengthen cooperation with official dealerships, small group workshops were conducted, enabling in-depth discussions on challenges and opportunities while fostering the development of innovative business models.

Additionally, an awards ceremony was held to recognize outstanding performance in various categories. A total of five awards were presented, with one dealership or center selected for each category:

Dealer of the Year & PFS Performance of the Year: Porsche Centre Changwon
Best Showroom of the Year: Porsche Studio Songpa
Best Service Centre of the Year: Porsche Express City Service Centre Songpa
Best Marketing of the Year: Seyoung Mobility

Meanwhile, the training session titled "Driven by Electric – Porsche EV Experience," held from the 24th to the 28th for Porsche official dealers and employees, provided an opportunity to directly experience and compare the outstanding E-Performance of the Taycan and Macan Electric models, reflecting Porsche's electrification vision and commitment to a sustainable future.

Approximately 320 Porsche Centre sales managers, Porsche Pros, and service employees attended the event. During the five-day period, they experienced the performance of the electrified models in various driving environments, comprehensively testing acceleration, braking, and handling on racetrack and on-road performance in winding roads near Inje Speedium.

Porsche Korea CEO Mathias Busse stated, “This event is more than just an annual conference; it is a crucial opportunity to shape the future of our brand together.” He added, “With a strong partnership between Porsche Korea and our official dealerships, we will continue to deliver differentiated products and services, driving sustainable growth in the market.”
