Jussi Lehtimaeki is a financial expert with over 30 years of experience at the Volkswagen Group, having built a global career in the automotive finance industry across various markets.
After joining the Volkswagen Group in 1992, he began his automotive finance career at the Volkswagen Financial Services AG in 1995. He later took on roles in business development, project management, and executive leadership at Volkswagen Finance Japan and Volkswagen Financial Services Taiwan. In 2006, he was appointed CEO and General Manager of Volkswagen Finance Sweden. He then served as CEO of Volkswagen Bank Greek Branch in 2015, Volkswagen New Mobility Services China in 2016, and Volkswagen Group Finance Russia & Volkswagen Financial Services Russia in 2021, overseeing financial business operations in global markets.
Since June 2022, he has been the Managing Director of Volkswagen Financial Services Taiwan. In recognition of his achievements in various markets, he has now been appointed CEO of Volkswagen Financial Services Korea, overseeing the Korean market from April 1, 2025.
Jussi Lehtimaeki holds M.B.A. from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster Westfalen, Germany.
