Air Astana, the Groups’ full-service carrier received the prestigious “Best Airline in Central Asia and CIS” award for the fourteenth year in succession, together with “Best Staff Service in Central Asia and CIS” award for the ninth time.
FlyArystan, the Group’s low-cost carrier also confirmed its regional leadership by receiving the “Best Low-Cost Airline in Central Asia and CIS” award for the third consecutive year.

The World Airline Awards, established by independent research agency Skytrax in 1999, are considered one of the most authoritative measures of passenger satisfaction in global aviation and are often referred to as the “Oscars of the aviation industry”.
The latest online survey was conducted from September 2024 to May 2025 and included respondents from over 100 countries rating the service quality of more than 350 airlines around the world.
Skytrax fully funds the research and award ceremony, without charging airlines any registration fees or licensing costs for the use of the awards.
