The Porsche Korea Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC) is a Porsche exclusive facility that conducts pre-delivery inspections (PDI) before vehicles are delivered to customers. It is part of Porsche Korea's reinforcement of ‘Customer Care’ to provide differentiated premium services in line with the continued brand growth.
“We have expanded and opened the new Porsche VPC to respond faster to customer demand and improve vehicle delivery quality,” said Holger Gerrmann, the CEO of Porsche Korea, who at-tended the opening event on this day. “Through optimization and computerization of the receiving and shipping process for customers’ vehicles, Porsche plans to increase customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles more efficiently along with a meticulous inspection of the vehicle condition.”

More than 2,000 vehicles can be accommodated at the new VPC with a gross floor area of 59,996.2 m², and the flexible layout can address PDI peaks of more than 1,000 units monthly. In addition, in response to the growing demand for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models, Porsche plans to build infrastructure capable of charging more than 3,000 electric models per year.
Meanwhile, Porsche Korea sold more than 7,700 vehicles last year, ranking fifth among all single Porsche global markets, and recording the highest performance since its establishment. Porsche Korea plans to further expand investments in Korea by strengthening 'Customer Care' to provide infrastructure and services that go in line with the brand's growth.
