We have prepared three cocktails: “Spring Scent”, “Spring Cloud” and “Spring Night”. “Spring Scent” has grapefruit and lychee-flavored liqueurs base, as well as soft meringue foam. It is topped with a flower garnish and floral essence for a refreshing and sweet taste, combined with the strong scent of flowers. “Spring Cloud” embodies the canola flower, which is a representative spring flower. It is made of gin and yuja compote to give it a yellow color and a sweet taste. A cotton candy resembles a cloud on a clear spring day which is placed on top of the glass – a true show off with a special performance while serving. “Spring Night”, inspired by stars that glisten softly during breezy spring nights, allows you to search for the stars inside your very glass, decorated with flower petals, reminiscent of the Milky Way. As it is also sweet and has a white flower scent from the harmony of Bacardi rum and Peach Tree liqueurs, it is pleasing to the senses.
The “Floral Spring Cocktails”, which exude a spring vibe both visually and through flavor, are available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily with prices starting from KRW 22,000 per glass (including tax).
