Patisserie at Park Hyatt Busan Presents Spring Cakes

Perfect for the spring season ahead, Park Hyatt Busan’s Patisserie, located on the first floor, will present spring inspired cakes and tartlets as of April 1, 2022.

Highlights will be the “Berry Chiffon Cake” as well as the “Cheery Tart”, using local blueberries, fresh cherries, Chantilly cream with soft and moist chiffon layers. It is finished with fresh cherries and blueberries. The “Cherry Tart” offers you a variety of flavors and textures with a crispy tart base, cushiony genoise sheets, cherry sauce cream as well as abundant berries on top.

The “Black Sesame Chiffon Cake” features the full flavor of black sesame, which helps to restore energy throughout the spring. This cake comes with black sesame mascarpone and caramelized pecan. It is decorated with pearl-shaped chocolates and a sugar cane. As it has a light, savory taste and moderate sweetness, it will be enjoyed by all family members.

The “Wormwood Cake” features the fragrance of wormwood, a representative spring herb. The recipe aims at its mild sweetness from fresh cream mousse and jelly, made of yuja purée, on a wormwood dacquoise. The “Lemon Choux”, which is made of a choux covered with crispy cookie dough. It is filled with custard cream and lemon juice inside and is topped with Chantilly cream, lemon chip and white chocolate. A perfect combination to reflect its spring-like yellow color and a refreshing taste. Both are available as mini cakes.

Patisserie is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily with prices starting from KRW 50,000 for whole cakes and KRW 10,000 for mini cakes (including tax).
