Dining Room, Park Hyatt Busan’s Steak & Seafood Grill, located on the 32nd floor, presents a new two-course weekday lunch that includes an appetizer and a main dish from April 4, 2022 onwards.
Appetizers with fresh ingredients consist of “Mushroom Salad”, “Sashimi Salad”, or the signature “Beef Tartar”. Main dishes, served in traditional Korean stone bowls or hot plates, include “Abalone-” and “Eel Rice”, both come with an abundance of healthy ingredients - all representatives of authentic Korean culinary traditions. Alternatively, there are also “Grilled U.S. Beef Short Ribs” featuring charcoal-grilled meat, prepared at the center show kitchen. Also, “Grilled Hairtail”, a newcomer signature dish featuring an unique plating of hairtail filet. Last but not least, “Lobster & U.S. Beef Tenderloin”, the Dining Room evergreen for surf and turf fans. Design your own two-course set by choosing one appetizer and one main dish during weekday lunch times. Of course, à la carte options remain are available.
Dining Room’s weekday lunch menu is available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays, starting from KRW 43,000. Prices for à la carte main dishes starts at KRW 34,000 (including tax).
