As spring season begins when it’s fun going outdoors, Park Hyatt Busan’s pastry boutique Patisserie presents new bread, sandwiches and salads to make you feel like going on a picnic.

Presenting four kinds of bread, beginning with “Black Sesame Bread” that features a savory taste and soft texture with black sesame, pine nut, jujube and black sesame paste in black rice bread. Second is “Cheese Brioche”, offering the rich flavor of cheese with roll cheese, Mascarpone and Emmental. Next, enjoy “Cream Cheese and Sweet Potato Bread” that is crispy outside and moist inside with cream cheese, walnut, sweet potato, and raisins. Finally, try “Fig Bread”, a whole wheat bread filled with fig boiled in red wine and raisins.

Also, Patisserie offers six new sandwiches that are enough to let you enjoy any of them as a simple meal. Take a bite at “Croque Monsieur” made with butter-flavored brioche, cheese, and ham to enhance its flavor; “Tomato Basil Cream Cheese Sandwich” based on focaccia with tomato, basil, cream cheese, and rocket leaves to put you in an Italian mood; “New Delhi Sandwich” with soft hotdog bread, various vegetables, and cold cuts; “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” with a well-balanced spicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and cheddar; “Pulled Pork Sandwich” which brings special taste with soft roll, pork mixed with barbeque sauce, and cheddar sauce; and “Beef Sandwich” that makes you feel as if you are having a steak.

Finally, try their four new salads, featuring a perfect combination of sauce and various ingredients such as beef, chicken, shrimp, and tofu. They are “Roasted Beef Salad” “Balanced Chicken Salad” “Cajun Shrimp Salad” and “Tofu Salad”. Enjoy a light and healthy meal as you go about your busy daily life.

Patisserie, located on the first floor of the hotel, is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Available sandwiches and salads vary every week.
