Dining Room, the Steak & Seafood Grill restaurant at Park Hyatt Busan presents two new menus – at the perfect timing for the Summer ahead where the weather gets hot.
The brief name “Land”, a 4-course menu, features premium meats. A beef tartare with sea urchin and a fresh green pea soup made with refreshing mint and seasonal peas, rich of texture and nutrients. You can then choose one main dish from either a juicy U.S. prime beef sirloin or a savory Australian rack of lamb – both of which are served with fragrant mushrooms. Complete the experience with a traditional baked cheesecake.
Counter offering the “Ocean” menu, a 5-course set, will equally make an abundant meal. Savor a variety of seafood dishes, including a crab salad using fresh snow crab, a seafood chowder featuring the intense flavors of various marine delicatessen, and a sous vide salmon with caviar and sauce vin blanc. You can then select again one main course from a soft and tender U.S. prime beef tenderloin or a daily market fish selected by our chef de cuisine – both will be served with Atlantic lobster. Finish your 5-course meal with an authentic vanilla crème brûlée.
Both menus, filled with the tastes of land and ocean are available on weekdays dinner times, as well during lunch and dinner on weekends.
Dinner is available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, and weekend lunch is ready from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. “Land” is priced at KRW 120,000 and “Ocean” is available at KRW 150,000 (including tax).
