Lounge, on the 30th floor of Park Hyatt Busan, a luxury destination and home to Busan’s finest desserts with most spectacular panoramic views, welcomes the new season with its “Autumn Afternoon Tea Set”. From September 5 onwards, the popular menu features apples, chestnuts, pumpkins, and other seasonal ingredients.
The Autumn Afternoon Tea Set features a selection of seasonal infused sweet savory flavors, with the best ingredients, accompanied with classic homemade scones, clotted cream, butter and strawberry jam. All of it expertly crafted in the hotel’s pastry kitchen.
The variety of sweets includes an Apple & Cinnamon Cheese Cake, a mouthwatering combination of ripe seasonal apples, fragrant cinnamon and the creamy filling of cheese. The Earl Grey Roll Cake, infused with the essence of maybe one of the most classic tea blends while the Green Tea Pistachio Dacquoise is wonderfully balanced between light bitter green tea and nutty pistachio. The Chestnut Choux, celebrating chestnuts, the flavor of quintessential autumn ingredient. The Sweet Pumpkin Financier is full of natural richness of seasonal sweet pumpkins.
The savory menu features a Lobster Sesame Ink Roll on a squid ink bun filled with Canadian lobster, romaine lettuce, avocado purée and a traditional cocktail sauce. Further, Pan Brioche, crunchy bread topped with home-smoked salmon. Last, the set offers Tonnato, an Italian classic made from slow roasted striploin balanced harmonious with a creamy tuna sauce.
Sweets and savories are accompanied by a choice of either two cups premium tea or coffee, with seasonal beverages or champagne available for an additional charge.
The “Autumn Afternoon Tea Set”, the perfect excuse for an indulgent afternoon enjoying the abundance of a new season, is served Mondays to Fridays from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM and on weekends from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. All priced from KRW 90,000 (including tax), suitable for two guests.
