Living Room, the Italian dining destination boasting exotic marina views atop 31st floor of Park Hyatt Busan, presents a new menu of authentic Italian cuisine perfect for discovering with family, partners and friends in the heart of Marine City, starting from September 22.
Transformed under the new leadership of Italian Executive Chef Vincenzo Carbone, the revolutionized menu of Living Room features a range of dishes crafted from authentic Italian ingredients, offering diners a new and exciting Italian culinary experience.
The antipasti selection comprises ten options including Bruschetta prepared with fresh cherry tomatoes; Tonnato, made with Italian grain-feed beef sirloin traditionally roasted; and a variety of other offerings created from Italian classics such as Parma ham, burrata and cheeses directly imported from Italy. Highlights, designed to share among two diners, include Living Room Antipasto Misto, Vincenzo’s special appetizer selection, and Misto di Salumi Artigianali, a dish of cold cuts and pickles.
New on the soup menu is the classic Minestrone di Verdura, a popular Italian starter made from fresh seasonal vegetables and basil pesto. All-time favorite pasta dishes include Gnocchi di Patate, hand-crafted traditional-style gnocchi with soft fondue sauce and black truffle; Risotto con Salsiccia, with Italian-style fennel sausage; and Maccheroncini Alla Carbonara, made with guanciale, an Italian cured meat, and pecorino cheese.
The meat and fish selection features six dishes including Dentice Al Forno, a whole oven-roasted red snapper for two served with lemon, tomato, and citronette; Tagliata Di Manzo Con Rucola, combining striploin, the premium cut celebrated for its unmatched beef aromas, with Grana Padano; and Cotoletta Alla Milanese, a traditional dish in Milanese Lombard cuisine, made with breaded Iberico pork chop. The pizza selection includes pizzas inspired by the classic blend of rich tomato sauce and cheese aromas that define Italy’s iconic dish, but as well pizzas without tomato sauce.
Finally, the dessert menu features a variety of irresistible dishes including Lava Cake and Classic Chocolate Profiteroles, made with rich, indulgent dark chocolate; melt-in-the-mouth Zupetta Napolitana; and classic Italian dessert Tiramisu.
The new menu at Living Room, located on the 31st floor of the hotel, is available à la carte or in course formats at weekday lunch- and dinnertimes as well as on weekend dinnertimes. Weekday lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, while weekday and weekend dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
