Kakao Games launches ‘Friends Gem for Kakao’ on mobile devices

Kakao Games (CEOs, Whon Namkoong and Leo Cho), a global multi-platform game company announced the release of its Friends Gem for Kakao mobile game. This popular match-3 puzzle game will be available in North America, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. The game was developed by Lunosoft (CEO, Andy Kim), an industry leader in developing casual mobile games.

Friends Gem for Kakao infuses the cute Kakao Friends characters into the popular match-3 genre, where gamers travel the world as they clear stages. The game boasts seven different types of super engaging gaming modes. Users will surely enjoy collecting, evolving, and managing a wide array of Kakao Friends characters.

Kakao Games is the games arm of Kakao which operates Korea’s number one mobile messenger, KakaoTalk. Kakao Games is also well known as the publisher of Pearl Abyss’s MMORPG Black Desert Online and Bluehole’s, upcoming, A:IR in the West.
