Park Hyatt Busan’s Living Room Presents a Dinner Event with the Premium Whiskey Brand “THE BALVENIE”

On March 7, the Modern French Restaurant Living Room in Park Hyatt Busan presents a collaboration dinner event with the Scottish premium whiskey brand “The Balvenie” as the annual dining program of the Park Hyatt brand “Master of Food & Wine” event.

“Masters of Food & Wine” is a series of enriching culinary and beverage experiences hosted at Park Hyatt locations worldwide. Engage in one-of-a-kind interactive experiences featuring interesting food and beverage offerings hosted by skilled Park Hyatt chefs, sommeliers and specialists around the world. The event will feature a five-course menu at the French Restaurant Living Room, where the 100 percent hand-made single-malt whiskey "The Balvenie" will be completed by specialists, including barley cultivation, molding, and distillation.

The five-course menus, paired with the strong flavor of The Balveni 12 years, 14 years, 17 years and 21 years, will be prepared with Poached Scallops with Miso, Avruga Caviar with Oyster Butter, Quail with Truffle Potato Purée, Australian Beef Shortribs and Chocolate Cigars with Coffee Ice Cream. “Masters of Food and Wine” dinner event, which will be held from 6 PM, is priced at KRW 160,000 per person and can be booked on a first-come first-served basis for only 20 people.
