On January 1, 2024, the launch of AKB48 Malaysia's first sister group "KLP48" was announced. We are recruiting members for the first generation for our debut in August 2024. The audition outline is as follows.

“KLP48 1st Generation Audition ～I shine from the Heart of Asia～”

■ Qualification requirements

・Females, aged 13 to 23 as of March 1, 2024.
・Regardless of nationality (people of any nationality can apply)
・Basically, those who can live overseas in order to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or around the world.
・Vocal, dance experience
・Those who are not affiliated with or under contract with another production company (whether exclusive or training) at the time of application.
・During the audition process, there should be no problem with appearing on the web, TV programs, or other media, or having your portrait or video used.
・Those who can participate in training after May 2024 after passing the audition. (Details to be determined)
・For minors to apply, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

■ Application method

Please fill out the necessary information on the entry form and apply.
Profile photo (bust up, whole body, face up) *Snap photos are also possible.
Please upload videos (singing videos, dancing videos) of up to 3 minutes each.

First screening
We will conduct a document review of your application information.

2nd screening
Mid-April: Participants will participate in the screening in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3rd screening
In late April, you will participate in the screening in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Final examination
