The new building is highly accessible, positioned at the southern end of Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul, near the former GM Seoul Service Center. It spans a land area of 3,970.60㎡ (1,201 pyeong) with a total floor space of 26,252.23㎡ (7,941 pyeong), from three underground floors to eight above-ground levels, making it the largest service center in the country. The service center, previously limited to maintenance services, will expand to include sales services in the same location. It boasts an expanded parking capacity of up to 180 vehicles across three underground levels. The ground floor consists of a vehicle showroom and a consultation area, with repair areas on the second through fourth floors, sheet metal painting areas on the fifth and sixth floors, and office space on the seventh and eighth floors.
The Seoul Service Center has been significantly enhanced with the latest equipment, and has luxurious lounge areas for customer convenience, alongside an efficient one-stop reception and reservation system. A new KakaoTalk channel has been created to provide customers with up-to-date information, and English services have been strengthened for customers from overseas.
GM continues to provide exceptional and efficient vehicle solutions through its extensive national network of approximately 400 service centers. Notably, it has been offering specialized premium services, including pick-up and delivery, and express services for Cadillac and GMC vehicle owners, as well as for premium imports such as the Chevrolet Colorado, Traverse, and Tahoe, all of which are available at the Seoul Service Center as well.
